I've been wanting to eat here for a long time and I have to say WOW. It was so so good that I can't wait to go again. I got the katsu pork with extra sticky rice which was absolutely delicious. Husband had the Kahuna burger which he thought was good. They had a special of fried avocado which were amazing. Yum yum yum definitely recommend trying it out. They gave us extra sauce for free, too, which is a bonus.

I rarely give five stars but they have earned every one. I took my family here and I couldn’t recommend this enough. We tried so many things... spam musibi, katsu burger, teriyaki chicken, coconut shrimps and those kahuna fries (swoon). Everything was so tasty and so filling! Staff was very personable and service was quick. Place was very clean. They have high tops for seating so just a heads up for those who back have back issues. I stood the whole time and it was so worth it. Can’t wait to go back!

Food was amazing. I'd never heard of avocado fries but they were excellent. The macaroni salad was the best I've ever had. Sandwiches were large and tasty. A little noisy made it hard to talk but not too bad.

We absolutely love Big Kahuna! We have been coming for years, it's my son's favorite spot. It will pick him up if he's feeling down or just be a great place to take a friend. His Tutu is from Kauai and she loves it, flavors remind her of home. I'm a pescatarian so I appreciate having shrimp and mahi options, my son almost always goes for the kahlua pork. The rice and mac salad are perfection. We love the sauces, tangy and sweet. Portions are generous, the restaurant is always clean, parking is tight but there is more down the street. The staff is friendly, the vibe is just really fun. My son graduated this weekend and could have nothing but this for catering! They were wonderful to work with. The rice was not pre-dressed, so those who were new to the food were happy for my son's guiding hand on the sauces. The catering portions were fantastic and I think the price was exactly right for what we got, will order again! Photos are from previous visits and a few from catering this weekend, but I didn't get a good picture before folks dug in.

This is a place I had my eye on for a while, and I finally had the chance to drive by. It was quite busy during Saturday lunchtime. The food was absolutely amazing—totally lived up to the great reviews and high ratings! And the price? Just 10—such great value!

Great first experience! We loved the atmosphere and the employees were very helpful and friendly. We had Katsu plate and teriyaki grilled chicken sandwich with sticky rice. Everything was delicious! 10/10 recommend!

We came from Baltimore Maryland to visit my brother who lives in Lexington. We were looking for lunch and my brother recommended this place. I was nervous because my mother does not eat anything other than American. Omg let me tell you we LOVED IT!! My brother got a burger with their signature fries. I got the teriyaki chicken that came with the rice and the macaroni salad (ong that rice with the sauce...SOO GOOD!!) And mom gor the pulled pork sandwich and regular fries which she said was the best she's EVER had. 100% recommend!! The building is a bit strange. Parking not ideal but soooo worth going!!! We went for lunch and ate in. No low top chairs and tables. O ly high top stools and bar style tables.

Wonderful Hawaiian BBQ restaurant with amazing food and a great chill atmosphere. The food tasted wonderful and was prepared quickly. The prices were reasonable and there were several options to choose from on the menu. We had the pork sandwich and chicken and rice, all with unique Hawaiian flavors. Parking lot is located behind the restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant!
